I came here with my boyfriend after someone from Austin, Texas recommended that we try the gator. First, I have to say the service was AMAZING! New York City service could never! 😂 Our server, Jai, was absolutely the best. She was so friendly, attentive, and made our entire experience a 10/10. As for the food, it was just okay for me. We ordered the Gator Basket (which came with hush puppies and fries), a canal street combo get a little bit of everything, and the Seafood Gumbo. It wasn't bad—it just had a little too much seasoning for my taste. Everything was fried and on the salty side, but the flavor was definitely there! It was my first time trying gumbo, and honestly, I wasn't a fan. 😭 I would give it another chance, though, because maybe it just didn't hit for me the first time. We also tried the Gator Punch, which our server recommended. It was really good, but the drink was huge! 😂 I couldn't even finish it. Overall, I'd still recommend stopping by. The outstanding customer service alone made the visit worthwhile, and I'd definitely come back to try some different menu items.

I have been going here for a while and the food is always good. The service was iffy for a while but now they have Cody. Cody is amazing. He us attentive to what I want and what I need. Cannot say enough good things. Request Cody's section and show him some love on the tip. You will want to. Thanks Cody!

We enjoyed the food and service. Laylah handled all of our needs and was very attentive to our table. We came for my daughter's birthday and she enjoyed her dinner. The redfish is delicious. :)

I had not been here in a long time. I was close, so I stopped in for lunch. It was really quiet when I stopped in at the peak of the lunch hour. I had the lunch special with Zydecco pasta and gumbo. It was just ok. The last time I went there, tge food was amazing. I was disappointed to say the least. Even my toast was burnt. The service was good, though

I was here yesterday , It was so good. I had to come back again tonight. My waiter tonight is Cody. He was very very good , attentive, &Funny my food was awesome. My drink was awesome! all around Great Vibe !!!! I told friends about it today before I came back!!! … my food is gone, but I’m gonna take a picture of my drink…. 🤗
